We want to give you the opportunity, support and resources to succeed in life. We believe you can “be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” As a Returning Citizen, we’ll help you prepare to return back into the community.

Reentry Support for Returning Citizens

Prepare for jobs with our training, mock interviews and mentorship. You’ll have access to:

  • Transformational training
  • Job training and retention
  • Job search help
  • Interview clothes

We work with TJA Staffing Agency to find stable jobs that match your skills and give you a second chance. Our mentors will guide you towards a successful future.

Reentry and Family Reintegration

CFL helps you prepare for your loved one’s reentry. We provide a trained facilitator to assist with a reintegration plan, and a mentor that supports the family during the first year of community reintegration. The plan is designed to educate the Returning Citizen and the family using a framework of seven (7) factors that research has shown to be important for reintegration success.

  • Family reintegration
  • Legal services assistance
  • Healthcare referrals
  • Substance use disorder prevention
  • Substance use disorder treatment referrals (both inpatient and outpatient)
  • Mental health and counseling referrals
  • Food and clothing
